Ingredient

CP shrimp patties
1 pack
Garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped
Shallot
2 tbsp finely sliced
Parsley root
1 root finely chopped
Oil
1 tbsp
Sugar or palm sugar
2-3 tbsp
Tamarind paste
1 tbsp, mixed 1 cup of water and drained juice
Water
2-3 tbsp
Fish sauce
1-2 tbsp
Deep fried shallot
2-3 tbsp


Cooking Instruction

Add oil in wok medium heat add chopped garlic, sliced shallot and chopped parsley root then fried until fragrant but not brown.

Add all seasoning and lower the heat and cook for few minutes until sauce thicken.

Topping sauce and deep fried shallot.
